Curso está diseñado para facilitarte una introducción completa a la práctica
del Mindfulness, que te proporcione el conocimiento de los fundamentos de esta
práctica y además te permita realizar las prácticas que, de forma continuada,
llevan a la obtención de resultados contrastados científicamente, tanto en el
área personal, como profesional y relacional. Diferente... porque se trata de aprender de otra manera. No se trata de
acumular más conocimiento, sino de aprender a vivir de otra manera más
satisfactoria, aprender a prestar atención plena a lo que queremos, aprender a
mirar de otra manera más gratificante, aprender a mirar hacia adentro sin dejar
de mirar hacia afuera. Eficaz... porque el Mindfulness se basa en la práctica. Nada va a
funcionar para el que no practique. No obtendremos grandes resultados a través
del conocimiento teórico del Mindfulness. Es la práctica, la práctica y la
práctica la que va generando esos efectos tan beneficiosos para el
participante, y que las neurociencias avalan con cientos de estudios, pruebas e

contenido de cada sesión se desarrollará en torno a los siguientes temas
